Project Feature / 📍 The Pearl

had the opportunity to tour The Pearl, Charlotte’s first innovation district, alongside an incredible group of industry partners.

Our team completed a variety of tile finishes throughout the Center for Education, including floor tile, full-height wall tile, and detailed backsplash installations. It was a great experience to walk through the completed space, see it now operational, and get a behind-the-scenes look at where students are learning and innovation is happening.

We also got a sneak peek at the ongoing 9th floor STEM project, where our team is currently completing the flooring installation. We’re excited to see this space come to life!

Team Garmon did exceptional work on our Market on Morehead project.

This scope features a porcelain marble-slab tile in a checkered layout at the sunken dining area, intricate mosaic field tile, and complementary wall tile selections in the restrooms and kitchen backsplash. This material palette is designed to balance visual impact with long-term performance.

completed multiple market spaces throughout the airport, featuring quality wall and floor tile scopes with a variety of designs varying in color, pattern, and texture. We created purposeful designs that withstand high traffic act as transformative spaces.

A closer look at our Johnston & Murphy completed project located in Charlotte Douglas Airport. This scope includes the exterior wall tile with complimentary wood flooring and a hexagon style, mosaic floor tile inside of the space.

Our team recently completed the flooring and wall tile installation for this Einstein Bros. Bagels location, delivering finishes that are as durable as they are eye-catching. Designed to stand up to heavy foot traffic while elevating the space, our scope included decorative floor and wall tile along with a custom tile logo seamlessly integrated into the flooring.

At Grounded, inside Charlotte Douglas International Airport, our team completed a tile installation that transforms the space into more than just another airport restaurant.

Our second Team Garmon 2026 Quarterly Break was right up our alley. 🎳

Our team spent the afternoon enjoying some friendly competition, laughs, and time together outside of work. It turns out a lot of us hadn’t been bowling in years, but that didn’t stop the strikes (or the gutter balls).

Taking time to connect as a team is just as important as the work we do every day. Here’s to another great quarterly break and making memories together!
