It is with truly heavy hearts and great sadness that we share the passing of one of our Perfection family members, Chris Sumner.
For the past 15 years, Chris was far more than a coworker. He was a constant presence, a leader, a mentor, and a friend. He played an instrumental role in helping build and grow the Dayton office and left his mark on every role he held throughout his career. From service technician, to maintenance sales, to operations management, and ultimately project sales, Chris approached everything with excellence and determination. His success spoke for itself, but those who knew him understand that his accomplishments only told part of his story.
Chris had a way of making people feel welcomed. He was the person with a smile on his face, positivity in his spirit, and a willingness to jump in and help whenever someone needed him. He brought energy into every room, perspective to every challenge, and solutions to problems others could not figure out. He was incredibly intelligent and technical, but what people will remember most is his heart.
The true measure of a person is not only in what they accomplish, but in the lives they touch. Chris touched so many. His impact will continue to live on through the people he mentored, the friendships he built, and the memories he created.
Please keep Chris’s family, friends, and everyone who loved him in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
