That’s why the American Institute of Steel Construction Fabricator Training Program is such a game-changer. Instead of a broad, generic overview, it allows us to completely tailor the training to each team member, offering a deep dive into the specific processes that pertain directly to their everyday work.
A perfect example of this investment in action is Ethan Delorme, one of our newer welders. Ethan recently completed the Crane & Rigging and Oxyfuel Cylinder Torch Setup modules and is already tackling a few others. His take? The modules are incredibly helpful and immediately applicable to his daily duties out on the shop floor.
We aren't stopping there. Canam is fully committed to continuously developing our shop team, especially our newest members, in these specialized training modules.
