At the Greentree Rd. roundabout in Lebanon, Ohio, this new 4,500 SF C-Store is experiencing one of the most exciting stages of the project: the final preparations before opening day. The checkered flag is already coming into view! 🏁

Located at 1500 N. Union Rd., this commercial construction project features a 6-pump fuel canopy installation serving local traffic, along with an additional 3-pump canopy ready to fuel heavy commercial transportation. 🚗🚚💨

Today, the activity never stops; it feels exactly like the final pit stop before the big race:
🏎️ For those behind the wheel (the owners): The pace is nonstop as they complete the store build-out, stock coolers and shelves, and make sure everything is perfectly ready for opening day.

🛞 In the pit lane (our team): We're moving at full speed with the commercial security installation, punch-out work, building final inspections, and exterior trench drain installation.

This is the final stretch of the project. The construction, inspection, and operations teams are working in perfect sync, functioning as one unified pit crew for the Warren County community. The teamwork has been incredible, and we're ready to cross the finish line on this Lebanon, Ohio convenience store construction project. Step on the gas! 🏁🔥

If you drive by the corner of Salem & Siebenthaler in Dayton, you'll see activity worthy of a playoff run. And for good reason: we're completely transforming 3881 Salem Ave.

Turning this former retail space into a 7,700+ SF C-Store takes a game plan. There’s no room for overdribbling here. We're moving the ball fast. While our electrical crews distribute the play and our mechanical teams secure the fuel tanks, the concrete crew sets the perfect screens so painters can keep moving and nobody gets called for a technical foul by running into another trade. 🧱⚡

In short, we're building this new C-Store and fuel station while preparing the exterior site for asphalt paving and commercial signage. 🚜🎨⛽

This retail development project is about more than renovating a building. It's about bringing new life to a key location for the Montgomery County community. The final buzzer is getting closer, but the ex*****on has been flawless.

🌤️ While the clouds keep changing their minds, we keep building. 🧱🔧
Anyone working construction in Ohio knows the weather forecast is often more of a suggestion than a guarantee. But not even the unpredictable skies over Clark County could slow down progress on this upcoming 2,553 SF C-Store and Fuel Station at 2048 E. Home Rd.

As the ground stayed wet, the work kept moving:
💪 Strong foundations: The retaining wall is now 100% complete, and the canopy has been fully installed. (A pretty good place to take cover if those clouds decide to return.)

🧠 The brains and veins of the project: Service trench inspections were successfully completed, above-ceiling electrical work continues moving forward, and sanitary installations remain on track.

🔍 Details that matter: Interior finishes are taking shape, with ceiling preparation, door hardware, and restroom accessories now in place.

Building quality commercial projects takes patience, precision, and sometimes a good rain jacket. Great work by our field team for keeping this project moving forward in Springfield, OH! 🚀

More than safety vests and trucks... it’s the beginning of something big. 🚧✨
If you drove by Anderson Ferry Road today, you’d probably see trucks, clouds of dust, and a whole lot of high-visibility vests hard at work. 👷‍♂️

But behind what looks like organized chaos, there’s a carefully planned process taking shape. We’re currently preparing and grading the site for a new convenience store and fuel station in Cincinnati, Ohio.

For those wondering what’s actually happening between all that dirt, here’s the real update:
🧱 What’s done: Foundation and footing work is complete (the part nobody sees, but everything depends on).

⚡ What’s happening now: Initial underground utility infrastructure is underway.
These 3,500 SF are being built to become a valuable destination for the Hamilton County community for years to come. For now, there’s no drama, just plenty of work and a team focused on getting the job done right.

We’ll see you in the next update when we have actual walls to show 🏗️ and a little less dirt to shake out of our boots. 🥾🧱
