All an inmate has is time! Time to think, time to create, time to plan. They will always plan their next move. As decision makers, it is our responsibility to make prison life as safe and secure as possible. It is our job to provide inmates the safest tools to use. We cannot afford to provide tools and supplies to inmates that are your average everyday tool as they break easily and can be manipulated quickly. We have to be proactive and have the most innovative and safe tool and supply there is on the market.
