One of our crews recently completed this turnkey drain and flooring renovation at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
The customer needed a complete drainage upgrade, so we partnered with Global Drain Technologies to deliver a long-term solution and assembled the right team to execute the work during a planned shutdown.
After process equipment was rigged and relocated, saw cutting operations were completed, allowing our team to excavate and install approximately 100 LF of new 316 stainless steel trench drains. We then formed and placed new high-strength concrete before removing and preparing the existing resinous flooring system.
To complete the renovation, our crew installed a new Polycrete flooring system, delivering a durable, sanitary surface designed to meet the demands of a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
From drain installation to flooring restoration, our team managed the entire process and successfully completed the project within a 10-day shutdown window.
