This company is incredible! I was in a life-altering accident and went from walking to wheelchair-bound overnight. Mike (owner) heard about my situation and generously offered to help build me a fitted ramp for my home.

The foreman on the job named Matt and his crew member(s) Addison — and others I didn’t get a chance to meet personally — went above-and- beyond from day one! They made sure any other accommodations I required were taken care of and this truly changed my life.

I had never even heard of Casco Construction before the accident, but they made me feel like I was part of their community and family. It has been such an incredible gift. Casco Construction was honored to host the groundbreaking and site blessing for Private Label Distillery, celebrating the start of an exciting new chapter near Ellicott.
We’re proud to partner on the construction of a 10,000 SF pre-engineered metal building that will house up to 80,000 whiskey barrels, along with associated site work and landscaping to support the distillery’s continued growth.
This project represents more than new construction. It reflects a long-term vision for expansion, with future plans to develop additional lots featuring more 10,000 SF pre-engineered metal buildings dedicated to barrel storage as operations grow.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this meaningful milestone. Casco Construction looks forward to bringing this project to life and continuing to build strong partnerships within our community.

Segment 1: Excited to share that Legacy Custom Homes by Casco was featured in two segments on FOX21’s Loving Living Local, hosted by Justin Antweil, highlighting one of our custom home builds in Castle Rock.

During the segments, Jennifer Gusty and Addison Franseen shared how this project reflects Casco Construction Corp.'s ability to serve clients across both our commercial and residential divisions. This homeowner was a former commercial client, and we were honored to continue that relationship by building their custom home.

Designed to host a large family, the home features a 2,200 sq. ft. indoor sports court, custom bunk room, outdoor kitchen, elevator, and RV garage. With 12,000 sq. ft. total and 6,900 finished, every space was thoughtfully designed for comfort, functionality, and gathering.

We’re also entering an exciting phase of the build with exterior framing complete and custom windows imported from Poland being installed in the coming weeks.
