A Plus Powder Coaters in Columbiana is hiring sprayers for 1st & 2nd Shift!

💰 $22.75–$24.50+ per hour
💵 Regular bonus checks

📈 Established employees average approximately $26/hr before overtime

🕐 1st: Mon–Fri | 5:30 AM–2 PM
🕑 2nd: Mon–Thu | 2 PM–12:30 AM — 3-day weekends!

Sprayers apply powder coatings to a variety of industrial parts while maintaining proper coverage and quality. This position requires strong attention to detail, pattern recognition, memorization and the ability to learn different parts and spray techniques.

💰 $22.75–$24.50+ per hour
💵 Regular bonus checks
📈 Average established wage with bonuses is approximately $26 per hour before overtime

Available shifts:

🕠 1st Shift
Monday–Friday
5:30 AM–2 PM

🕑 2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday
2 PM–12:30 AM

🕖 3rd Shift
Monday–Thursday
7 PM–5:30 AM

Second and third shifts work four 10-hour days and get a 3-day weekend every week! Occasional required overtime with regular opportunities for voluntary overtime.
