With Tom officially enjoying retirement, we’re excited to announce that Raymond is stepping into the role of Comfort Advisor at Advantage! ⭐

This isn’t exactly a brand-new role for Ray. For about the past year, he’s been learning alongside Tom while continuing to serve our clients in the field as a Service Technician. He’s had the opportunity to learn from one of the best, and we couldn’t think of a better person to carry that experience forward.

Raymond is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and—most importantly—he genuinely cares about people. He understands HVAC from the service side, listens before offering solutions, and wants every homeowner to feel comfortable and confident in the decisions they make for their home.

Those are exactly the qualities we want in a Comfort Advisor. ❤️

We’re incredibly excited to watch Raymond grow in this role and continue the level of care our Advantage fans have come to expect.

That word really stood out!

It may not be something people say often, but I think it’s something we all think about: "Do I feel safe letting this person into my home?"

This work anniversary is a little extra special—and definitely a little bittersweet. ❤️

Today we celebrate 14 years of Tom being part of the Advantage family, and in just a few short weeks, we’ll be celebrating him again as he heads into retirement!

Over the last 14 years, Tom has helped countless clients, shared plenty of laughs, made a whole lot of memories, and been an important part of the Advantage story.
