Responsibilities:
🎬 Film daily videos at job sites and company events
✂️ Edit short-form and long-form videos
📱 Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn
📅 Plan and schedule posts
📈 Grow followers and increase engagement
🎤 Interview technicians and customers for testimonials
📸 Take high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes content
💡 Bring fresh marketing ideas and trending content to our pages
Qualifications:
Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Comfortable using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and drones (a plus)
Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a creative mindset
Marketing experience is a plus
