Elite Concrete Raising Co For over 35 years, we have been raising and leveling settled concrete. We do not use any poly-foam systems, which fail prematurely.

We use a cement based structural mortar mix, pumped under high pressure, to provide the very best possible results.

Here's a front stoop and sidewalk that required raising in Fontana, Wisconsin. The stoop/porch was pitched back towards the house, and leaking water into the basement every time it rained. The sidewalk had settled 4" down, and it made for a difficult step height for the senior home owner. I raised and leveled both back to the correct height, and she was very happy with being able to use her front entrance again, and eliminating the water issues in the basement. Give us a call to set up your free estimate at (815)459-6346.

Here's another front entrance sidewalk that needed attention. As you can see, it had a very high step to the porch, as the sidwalk settled about 6" down. I raised it back to it's original height for a very happy homeowner. The season is coming to a close, so don't wait. Give us a call at (815)459-6346 for a free estimate.

This driveway had settled enough to hold water during the warm months, and ice during the winter, making it dangerous for the homeowner. Our raising process is a perfect way to restore the concrete back to it's original grade and drainage, and saving thousands of dollars in the process. I raised and leveled it back to it's original height, and it will no longer create a problem for decades for our customer. Give us a call at (815)459-6346 to see how we can raise your concrete and save you lots of money over other alternatives.

A long time friend from the high school days, almost 50 years ago, Dan, needed to have his sidewalk attended to. As you can see in the photo's it was settled down a LOT. Dan took my advice and brought in a bunch of packable topsoil to create a higher elevation of protection for the raised concrete, and I raised the sidewalk back up 8" to where it was installed originally. Dan was very happy with the outcome, and he saved several thousand dollars over the cost of replacing it all. Give me a call at (815)459-6346 if you'd like to see how much I can save you raising and leveling your concrete instead of replacing it.

The most often asked question I get, besides pricing, is "What material do you use to raise concrete?" Great question. I don't use polyurethane foam BECAUSE it has a compression strength of 60 to 80 psi, which is it's ability to resist being crushed by the weight of concrete on top of it. As we all know very well, concrete is extremely heavy. I use Type S structural mortar, mixed on sight so you can actually see it done. Type S mortar has a minimum compression strength of 1800 psi, but in reality, I mix it to a strength of around 2000 to 2200 psi. Which material do you think is going to resist settling concrete better in the future? Not to mention, the "foam" is water based and bio-degradable.....so they try to play it off as "green." Well, my favorite customer is an educated one, so give us a call for your free estimate if you want your raising project to last you a very long time. (815)459-6346.

This driveway had settled enough to create a speed bump, of sorts, at the entrance to the garage. The homeowner hired me to raise and level the driveway in front of all 3 stalls, and across the end where their property drops down for a walkout to the yard. Driveways are the 2nd most frequent projects we raise after front sidewalks. There's still time to get yours raised and leveled in 2026, but don't wait! Give us a call at (815)459-6346 to schedule a free estimate appointment.

Front stoops and porches are my 2nd most often requested raising jobs to perform. This one was no exception, as you can see, where the concrete front covered porch was settled along the house, leaving an unsightly gap under the siding. These are typically very hollow when drilled, due to the lack of proper compaction when they were installed by the builder's concrete "contractor." The repair is not complicated, pressurizing the underside of the concrete with our structural mortar to raise it back to it's original height, and restoring the base with structural mortar. Give us a call to see how quickly we can restore your settled concrete and save you thousands over replacement costs.
