Something is brewing in Newberry, SC ☕️🚧
This new Dutch Bros Coffee location is continuing to come together! The structure is up, scaffolding surrounds the building, and crews are hard at work completing the exterior finishes. 🧱On the inside, the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are being installed before the walls are closed up! We are excited for this opportunity to build alongside the Dutch Bros team and we are looking forward to seeing where this relationship goes and what future project may be ahead! 🤝

This morning we gathered together for some Chick-fil-a breakfast & a staff meeting! David discussed our core values that drive/shape everything we do here at CBI and how important it is to live by these values everyday here at work. We broke into 4 teams (each had a leader who gave the instructions) for an interactive activity that challenged us to build the highest building possible with the blocks given, then we completed this as one big team! Moments like this strengthen more than just our processes- they strengthen our people and the foundation we are building TOGETHER 🤝

Big things are happening at Culver's Restaurants! 🍔🍟💙 From sitework and grading to vertical construction, this project is moving right along! 💪🏼The building is beginning to take on the look and feel of what will soon be a new dining destination for the people of Bartow, FL! The whole team behind this has been working hard to keep the momentum strong & the progress is a direct result of strong collaboration between field superintendents, subcontractors, project management, and ownership! 👏

We have officially kicked off Chipotle Mexican Grill Huntsville, AL! 🌯 🚧
