We were panicked because it happened early in the evening when most places are closed. I found Zeds online and decided to give them a call. Am I glad I did! Not only was Nathan at the house within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and had it cooling in no time! He is honest and very friendly. Thanks a million. We will be Zeds customers forever.

We love to get feedback from our customers! Thanks Akash Sandhu ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called them tonight, Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend because my AC wasn’t cooling. I have a 6 month old at home and I couldn’t wait for the house to cool down until tomorrow or later. I called 4-5 different companies and everyone said they could have someone out tomorrow. Zeds answered at 8:05pm and told me Nathan would be here by 8:45pm. He showed up at 8:45pm, got to work and was done by 9:30pm with my AC fully working. Nathan did a full inspection, replaced the capacitor that had gone bad, showed me the freon was low and added 2lbs. I also asked him to wash the unit as it was dirty. All that, on a holiday weekend evening, for a very reasonable price. I have nothing against using one of the PE owned companies, most of them do good work, but I’m glad I was able to find Zeds tonight. I’ll definitely call them again.

We love to get feedback from our customers! Thanks JAMIE JAMES ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had been looking at Zeds on Groupon for the past week because I felt the air in the house wasn't getting as cold as it used to. Before purchasing the Groupon I went on their website to see what there hour were and daw they were running a special. I called to inquire about the special because just as I had suspected when I got home one day from work the house was hot. I spoke to Nate and explained everything and he was able to get me on the schedule the next day. Thankfully he was because the rental company wasn't getting anyone out until 5/1. The day of my appointment with Zeds the rental company actually ended up sending out a tech. I had to call Zeds back to let them know and spoke with Nate again. He was so understanding and assured me it was ok. It's been a very long time where I have seen and received genuine customer service.

Which AC filter should you buy? 🤔
For most homes it’s safest to buy filters with rating of Merv 8-11. We find this does a good job keeping the system clean without causing restriction to the system.

Most homeowners don’t realize this… blocking your AC vents can actually damage your system.

When airflow is restricted, your AC works harder, your energy bill goes up, and over time it can lead to breakdowns like frozen coils, blower motor failures or even compressor damage.

Simple fix: keep all vents clear no furniture, couches or closed off vents
If your home isn’t cooling evenly, you might have an airflow issue.
