Breaking ground in Arlington, Texas!

MYCON joined First Industrial Realty Trust and Navigant Construction Development Solutions to celebrate the groundbreaking of the First Arlington Commerce Center.

Located just off I-20, this 84,000+ square-foot industrial warehouse will expand First Industrial’s existing park and support the continued demand for industrial space in the Arlington market.

This groundbreaking was a full-circle moment for the MYCON team, as the project is located adjacent to the very first building we completed for First Industrial over 10 years ago.

We’re excited to continue the progress on-site and look forward to bringing this project to life alongside a great team of partners.
