Expensive finishes can’t fix a bad floor plan. 👀

This Highland Park home had already been renovated once, but the spaces still weren’t working well for the homeowner.

Rather than simply updating the finishes again, we looked at how she actually used each space. Better storage, more intentional layouts, improved lighting, and thoughtful details became the foundation for the design.

The result is a home that works better from room to room, with custom storage, detailed millwork, distinctive lighting, wallpaper, and finishes that reflect the homeowner’s personal style.

Beautiful finishes matter. But they’re even better when the space underneath them is designed around the way you live.
