Had to fabricate some heavy duty hearth and mantel brackets for a parade of homes house. Customer wanted the hearth to appear floating, so we fabricated the custom bracket to hold the 700 pound piece of stone. The 400 pound mantel got holes drilled into the back side, which then slid onto our custom bracket with 1" solid round pegs. It all turned out sweet, can't wait to see it once the stone work is done.

This was a fun project for a home out on Hayden Lake. With the old rotten wood steps removed, we came in and measured, fabricated and powder coated a full set of metal steps with 1.5" composite decking treads. All hidden fasteners from beneath, and full understep lighting. These should last much longer than what was there before. Turned out awesome!

Today was full of little projects. First off was a custom steel lid for a tank that has an access port built in. Next up was a custom steel cover to hide the line set on a fully custom home. The raw steel finish on this piece will match perfectly with the home's existing raw steel trim work. Then we threw together a couple of planter boxes that will end up getting a rusted patina finish. Lastly we got a good start on our new firepit that will be set up to run on either natural gas or propane. This one will be cool when its done.

Our sheet metal shop has been busy with a huge commercial job, doing great work knocking out these giant fittings and duct work to go into a new shop here in town.

Work has been flowing through the shop lately. Custom BBQ island frame all ready to go get skinned and wrapped with stone. Then we bent up a pile of angles for a local gun safe manufacturer, finishing it off with a 3/8" A572 bucket formed perfectly to the customers template.

When the local steel service centers are over 3 weeks out, we got these 1/2" A572 gusset plates bent the same day.
