With Fastech's reputation being founded upon developing engineered solutions to complex supply requirements, innovative processing of materials and our ability to consistently meet challenging lead times. Based in Danville Virginia, FasTech was established in 2018 to provide cutting edge metal additive 3D printing, using the first Gefertec 3D metal printing machines in the U.S. Three years on, we now also have a range of state-of-the art machining centers to complete the production process on site, plus the latest equipment for reverse engineering.

Race week energy, metal additive style.

Fastech is all set up in Hall 3 at MIA CTS 2026 at the Silverstone Wing, and stand 3-17 is looking sharp. We are looking forward to meeting lots of people from the motorsport industry and showing what additive manufacturing can achieve in this sector, from large Wire Arc components to precision Laser Wire DED parts, all printed, machined and inspected under one roof.

A quick update from AUSA 2026: we’ve had some incredible conversations, and they’ve been very focused on additive for defense. It’s great to see how additive is becoming a must in the industry.

Not every part can be programmed the same way, and that is where Siemens NX makes a real difference on our shopfloor.​

Fully implementing NX has given our programming team the ability to build far more adjustable toolpaths and plan advanced tooling strategies for parts with tight tolerances and intricate geometries. Instead of forcing a generic program onto a complex part, our team can build the toolpath around the part itself.​

​The payoff shows up on the machine: better surface finishes, faster cycle times, and more complex parts within reach across the titanium, nickel alloy and stainless steel work we do every day.​
