Big send-off today for our interns Kyle and Andrew! 🎉

From day one, these two brought energy, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to jump in and learn. Watching them grow this summer has been a highlight for the whole team, and we couldn’t let their last day go by without a proper team lunch to celebrate.

Kyle and Andrew, you did an awesome job. Thank you for all your hard work. We’re proud of you and excited to see where your careers take you next.

Best of luck, guys. You’ll always be part of the Fastech family. 💙

Thank you to everyone who took part in Farnborough International Airshow 2026 with us.

To everyone who visited the stand, stopped for a conversation, or connected with the Fastech team, we appreciate every one of you. Here's a look back at some of our favourite moments from the show.

Until the next one.

At last Farnborough International Airshow, we had the great pleasure of meeting the Governor of Virginia and her team at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership stand.

We shared how additive manufacturing and the workforce opportunities we're bringing to Danville are shaping the future of manufacturing there, as part of the growing ecosystem alongside ATDM and IALR.

Thank you again to everyone who took the time to visit us and see the work firsthand.

It's been a little while since Farnborough International Airshow 2026 wrapped, and we're still buzzing. It was that good.

This time we're sharing a conversation between Alan Pearce and Stephanie Agee, Senior Vice President for International Trade and Chief Administrative Officer at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Stephanie talks through the incredible work VEDP does supporting companies like Fastech, from international growth to helping us build our workforce here in Virginia, taking us to 22 people in Danville and counting.

Thank you to VEDP for the collaboration, and for hosting us at Farnborough International Airshow 2026. Check out the full conversation below.

Fastech LLC at America Makes MMX 2026!

Alan Pearce is attending America Makes MMX this week, where leaders from across defense, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing are discussing the future of additive manufacturing and industrial innovation.

Fastech helps manufacturers implement large-format WAAM solutions for high-value metal components across a range of industries.

If you're attending MMX, make sure to connect with Alan to discuss how metal additive manufacturing can help improve productivity, reduce lead times, and expand manufacturing capabilities.

Don't miss the keynote presentation from Matthew Sermon, sharing his perspective on the future of defense manufacturing.

Ever wonder what a CAM Programmer actually does day to day? At Fastech, it means turning complex CAD models into precise, production ready CNC programs, running simulations to catch issues before they hit the machine, and working closely with our machinists to keep every part on spec.

If that sounds like the kind of hands on, detail driven work you enjoy, we would love to talk.

MSTIC last week was a great event. Events like this are as much about the people as anything on display, and this one was no exception. It was great catching up with Peter Ludwig and Kennis Sigmon, who stopped by to connect with Yash Bandari and talk through what Fastech is bringing to the table.

Conversations like these are how the next project usually starts. We'll be following up soon.

Thanks to the organisers for putting together such a great event.
