Here is an exterior door replacement I completed……just in time for fall!🔨✅

The old door had bad rot, which let in the elements and small critters. 🐭

The new door will help keep the garage secure and safe.🔐

I hand built the railing and replaced the posts. It will also get painted white once the lumber dries and humidity drops!💦✅

A small concrete step repair to end this hot week! 🔥⚒️

I also did interior repairs for the homeowners as well.

Two bi fold doors repaired & re hung, a small flooring repair, a cabinet kick plate and 3 cabinet door hinges replaced.

This home in Le Claire took some minor damage from a recent storm⛈️ . A quick facia repair and a set of shutters re hung buttoned it back up again✅ .

Check out this neat remodel project. The old door wasn’t used and they wanted to hang a TV on the exterior side. So it needed to go.

I removed the old siding, pulled the door and interior trim. Framed the opening in, added appropriate v***r barriers, hung sheathing, drywall and finished it. I also mounted the TV bracket!

⚒️Check out this masonry repair job! 🧱

Improper drainage combined with freezing and thawing worked it out of place.

I cleaned up the loose grout and mortar, applied a bonding agent, put down a fresh bed of mortar, then grouted it into place adding proper flow lines for water drainage. 🦾

These 2 storm doors needed a little work…

All new metal wraps, a new sweeper on the front door, new hardware and some adjustments made a world of difference. Not only for looks but also for usability.

✅Home Repair✅

💦A leaky dishwasher caused the floor covering and underlayment to come apart. 💦

🪚Damaged flooring and underlayment were replaced🔨

The homeowner also had a few other requests, three drywall patches, a ceiling painted, a lighting fixture swap and GFCI outlet swap. I also returned to remove a dead bird from the attic.
