Progress update: this detached garage is officially standing!

Our crew has the walls framed on top of a fresh concrete slab, with a heavy-duty header spanning the wide garage door opening. Temporary bracing keeps everything square and plumb until the roof goes on.

This is one of our favorite stages of a kitchen remodel, when the space starts to look like a kitchen. Our team is installing cabinetry, anchored by a custom range hood with an arched valance and crown molding detail.

On the opposite wall, a floor-to-ceiling pantry is coming together. It has roll-out shelves for easy access, a built-in refrigerator surround, and storage all the way up. Every inch is designed to work hard.

We're also keeping the rest of the home clean with zip-wall dust barriers and floor protection. A remodel shouldn't take over your whole house!

Doors, hardware, and countertops are next. Check back for the final reveal.

Before we ever pick up a hammer, our clients get to see their finished project. The first image is the rendering we created during the design phase. The second is the completed portico.

What a difference a front entry makes!

This homeowner’s entry had a crumbling brick stoop and heavy iron security doors. We transformed it into a welcoming covered portico that adds real curb appeal and everyday function.

Great kitchens are about more than looks. They’re about how they work.

Every kitchen we design includes a few must-haves that make daily life easier:

Hidden trash & recycling. A pull-out cabinet keeps bins out of sight and right where you need them.

Pantry roll-outs. No more digging to the back of a deep shelf. Full-extension roll-out trays bring everything to you.

Lots of drawers. Deep drawers beat base cabinets for pots, pans, and everyday storage. You can see everything at a glance, with no kneeling or reaching.

This remodel turned an awkward, sloped-ceiling space into a serene retreat. A freestanding soaking tub tucked under a skylight, warm terracotta tile floor, and a walk-in shower wrapped in deep forest-green tile with brass fixtures that tie it all together. Their vision, our ex*****on.

We're digging footers for a new garage build in Miami Township! Not much to look at yet, but this is the part that matters most. Get the foundation right, and everything else falls into place. More to come as this one grows!
