This bathroom remodel in Centerville is focused on creating a new primary suite on the second floor of the home.

With the sloped ceilings limiting the available space, this project required a creative approach from our team to find the best way to incorporate a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and vanity while still maintaining a comfortable and functional layout.

To help open up the space, we incorporated multiple skylights to bring in plenty of natural light and make the new bathroom feel bright and inviting.

Rough plumbing is now complete, and we’re getting close to the exciting stage where we can begin putting everything back together.

While Aaron is hard at work deconstructing a kitchen in Oakwood, Wes is across town in Bellbrook putting another one back together.

One of the biggest advantages of having our own carpenters is that every project has a dedicated lead carpenter on site each day, self-performing the majority of the work. That hands on approach helps keep communication clear and projects moving efficiently.

Because of that, we’re able to successfully manage multiple remodeling projects at the same time while keeping each one on schedule and moving forward every day.
