New project: a hotel in Boca Raton!
We're supplying custom doors for this property, both grand double doors and single doors, all sharing one signature look: a sculpted arch panel design in straight-grain wood veneer with brass-tone hardware.
What makes this project special is the precision work behind every door:
Keycard lock prep: every mortise, cutout and through-bore is machined to the lock manufacturer's template, so the reader, lever and lock body fit tight and work flawlessly from day one. In a hotel, there's zero room for error.
Pivot hinge prep on the double doors: instead of standard hinges, they swing on a pivot system with top, bottom and intermediate pivots. That demands exact alignment across the door, the frame and the floor. A few millimeters off and the door won't hang true.
Single doors: the same arch design and the same lock precision, with hinge prep aligned for a true, even swing.
