Kirksey Commons Topping Out Celebration! 🚧
DC Construction Associates, Inc. proudly celebrated a milestone with our Kirksey Commons team today! We marked the Topping Out of this 3-story, 95,600 SF mixed-use development at 1515 N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach. The event featured raffle prizes, a delicious BBQ, and an opportunity to celebrate the successful completion of the structural phase. Our sincere thanks to our dedicated DCCA team-David Connor (Project Executive & PM), Brett Hunter (General Superintendent), Frank Sloan (Superintendent), Kayla Diefendorf (APM), and Brody Costolo (Intern)— whose hard work and commitment have been instrumental in bringing this project to life.

This 2-story, 11,860 SF facility in Lantana will replace the old office and warehouse, offering expanded space to support the rising need for 24-hour crisis services across five counties, serving 10% of Florida’s population. Our dedicated team—David J. Connor (Principal & Project Executive), Michael Washam (Project Manager), Brett Hunter (General Superintendent), Tim Williams (Superintendent), and Bryan Jolliver (Assistant Project Manager)—is proud to help turn this vital project into reality.

Today at the office, the DC Construction War Room was turned into a Girls Only Club — and the energy was contagious! It is a joy to see all the smiles and hear all the giggles as our guests are enjoying all the fun.
