We stopped by our new UNUM:home now under construction in the Berkeley neighborhood. This design is our Modern Colonial III, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a double-height living space that plays an important role in blurring the lines between private and public areas of the home.

The home's slate blue board and batten facade is meant to evoke traditional vernacular building types, like barns, cottages and farmhouses. We intentionally amplified areas of spacing and density to draw focus to the horizontality of the home, while adding depth and texture to the overall structure.

This home is pre sold and should be ready for its new owners in a few months. If you're interested in this or some of our other models, give us a call!

The idea for UNUM: home was born during the pandemic in 2020 when several of our projects were forced to be held on pause. The thought was to redirect our team's energy toward designing a model and prototype for a home that could be easily replicated to address vacant, urban lots in Denver. Fast forward to today, and we have completed one UNUM: home and have three under construction.

We’re excited to share a new exterior accent option for our UNUM homes - a perforated steel screen applied to the front of the home!

Shown in the visualization below, the steel screen not only provides an additional level of privacy, but also creates visual interest both from the interior and the exterior of the home.

Our UNUM:home, which is currently under construction in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood will be the first home to receive this exterior accent. Paired with a clean and modern stucco finish, this home will be a unique addition to the neighborhood!

We’re beyond excited to share the interior mood boards for ‘The Hygge’ design package! In addition to ‘The Farmhouse’ design package, the hygge style interior package will now be offered as an option for all of our UNUM:homes. This package is focused on Scandinavian simplicity, with light wood tones and a reserved color and material palette.

We’re excited to share some design development for our UNUM:home near 44th and Yates in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood!

This 2700 s.f. home features an open concept connecting the kitchen with the living spaces, 4+ bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage. The interior finishes will include selections that embody the Modern Hygge style.
