True Comfort Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department.
This is a leadership position for someone who can coach technicians, drive performance, improve customer satisfaction, and help build a winning culture.
✅ Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop HVAC service technicians
• Manage daily service operations and scheduling
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
• Ride along with technicians for coaching and training
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
• Help grow service revenue while maintaining our commitment to honesty and integrity
✅ Qualifications:
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
