Rick Shipman Construction is searching for a hard-working, dedicated Project Manager that has a minimum of 3 years of Walmart project experience managing new and remodel projects as a PM on projects from start to finish.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise Walmart construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of an assigned project while maintaining successful client relationships and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

Direct all construction activities and project planning process.
Take lead on various meetings.
Work with Superintendents and field staff
Coordinate project schedules
Finish projects in a timely manner
Be on or under budget
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
Develop and maintain successful client relationships
Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities.
Mentor and provide guidance.
Requirements

Three (3) plus years of Walmart Project Management experience
Previous Retail Construction experience on Walmart
Familiar with construction computer software: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & Wrike, Holobuilder, Pulse or similar software expertise.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Rick Shipman Construction is looking for qualified concrete superintendents to join our team for construction projects across the country. We are licensed in 47 states.

Our Superintendents and our Project Managers work as a team to ensure quality services for our clients. They coordinate and supervise work onsite; including subcontractor activity, safety, and scheduling. Superintendents interact with our clients regularly and are vital to a project’s success.

At Rick Shipman Construction our Superintendents are responsible for successfully completing the project. As the leader on our construction sites, the Superintendent helps to attain profit goals, ensure workplace safety, and work to exceed our client's expectations while promoting a positive company image.

Responsibilities of the Concrete Superintendent :

Reading Blue Prints
Working with a variety of people and running different jobs
Assisting in all aspects of concrete
Running remodel of construction jobs
Running a crew
Placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete
Setting concrete forms
Ensuring correct depth and pitch
Place, spread, level , and finish concrete
Travel to different projects
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent with:

Strong organizational and people skills
Proactive leadership skills
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding and navigating plans and specifications for each project
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
A thorough knowledge of all trades
A minimum of 3 years experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction
Superintendents must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening before employment is offered.
