Another great install today from our team! This customer had a carport that was turned into a sun room by the previous owner and the existing heat pump just wasn’t enough so we decided to add a dedicated mini split to the sunroom to help keep the space climate controlled year round without added stress on the existing system.

This customer had a 1994 ac unit that decided to go out on them while they had 220 students attending summer camp this past week. We were able to get the system replaced quickly to make sure everyone stayed a happy camper!

We had an emergency install over the weekend and while replacing the equipment we found the floor under the air handler was completely rotten and falling apart. We were able to make a quick run to Buckingham Building Supply who graciously enough stayed open a little longer than planned so we could replace the floor before completing this install.

This is a good example why having an annual maintenance plan is a good idea. We found this contactor full of ants which would cause premature failure leaving this customer without ac. Luckily we were able to catch the issue in time to prevent that from happening to keep there system running smoothly!

Thanks to another hard days work from Nick Hucks we were able to get these 3 Mitsubishi indoor units installed along with a 3 Zone Hyper Heat outdoor unit!

Did you know that these systems will still produce heat inside your home even when the outside temps are BELOW ZERO with out the use of any back up electric heat strips!
