Framing is officially up on this 28’ × 10’ single-level tiny home, and it’s always a favorite milestone. This is the moment the home starts to feel real.

Thoughtfully designed in-house to live fully on one level. This is a deck-over build and no wheel wells to interrupt the interior flow—this layout prioritizes ease, openness, and long-term comfort. The framing has been inspected to meet NOAH standards, setting the stage for a solid, well-built home from the inside out.

A fresh 28×10 custom trailer just rolled in, and we’re excited about what it will become.
This is where every Nomad Tiny Home begins.

Behind the scenes, the trailer matters more than most people realize. Before a build starts, we inspect steel gauge and weld quality, confirm axle placement and weight ratings, and check for squareness and level—all key parts of meeting NOAH inspection standards and ensuring a home that’s safe, durable, and built to last.

We’re incredibly grateful for a custom trailer builder who shares our values and builds to the level our homes—and our customers—deserve. Strong foundations make all the difference.

I always love it when a customer and I align with the visual selections of the home. This home brings all the vibes and truly feels like a cozy dream. I’m truly obsessed with this one. We only take a few builds a year and build to order custom to your needs and your story.

This client took their 24’ x 8.5’ Nomad tiny home and built their custom ranch house to match. It fits perfectly in and acts as a guest house but then is ready to go on the road when they want to visit grandkids and such. We love the creativity that tiny homes allow.
