Custom flatbed mounts up and the frame is starting to take shape. Next I’ll be adding the cross rails for the surface sheet to lay on.

The last picture demonstrates the straight level of the frame. However, if at any point it does become uneven it can still be adjusted by lowering or raising the upright mounts.

The Chevy Express dual swing arm rear bumper build is now up on the channel!!

I am truly so excited about this build video as it features one of my most recent and most favorite builds.
In this video I go over the design for the bumper, the removal of the original bumper, a montage of the entire build process, the final installation, and an overview of the entire build.
You’ll find timestamps for different sections of the process in the comment section of the video but I’d highly recommend watching it from start to finish to really get a true feel for the entire build process!

I hope you all enjoy this one as much as I did filming it, editing it, and of course building the bumper set up!!

Happy Monday, my friends!
I hope this week brings you good things!

Well now that I’ve fixed my shop roof and cleaned up a bit it I’m back and it feels nice to finally be back in my flow!!

Before any fabrication of the flatbed I was tasked with installing a new hitch for the truck as well as stiffening up the frame a bit more with some structural round tubing.

Now it’s time to get some mounts put up and a bed frame built.

Aftermath of the last big storm we had.

It looks as if something blasted out of my shop. Hahaha
Those did also used to be sky lights but they’ve now shattered into pieces and are completely open.

The shop is drenched and filthy now.
We’ve had a few storms since then and I’ve been slowly working on replacing the panels that have been destroyed so it no longer downpours in my shop.

I am grateful to have truly compassionate and supportive friends and family that have helped us with the paneling and my clients for the patience and grace during such a challenging time as this.

I hope to be done with this by the end of the week if the weather permits.

Then I’m back to fabrication!!

Schedule update!
September is now booked, next availability starts in October!

07/24/2026

It is time! I am excited to announce that my books are now open!!!

Below is the new schedule for 2026 with availability, what to expect, the type of work I do, and pricing.

Schedule for 2026

July: Booked
August: Booked
September: Booked
October-December: Open

Currently:
Next availability for a build starts in September.

I am typically a month or 2 out on availability but this often subject to change.
This post serves a pinned note at the top of my page so you are all aware of my overall availability.

If my schedule is booked there is now no flexibility to fit in any sort of build whether it be small or not. Previously I offered time for smaller builds but this simply does not allow my schedule and routine to work efficiently.

This means that any work to be done will need to be scheduled and coordinated for the next open space in the schedule posted above.

The type of work I primarily do is off road / overland fabrication with the exception of obscure or creative types of builds such as steps, sign frames, interior decor, exterior decor, custom art pieces, or custom builds to suit your specific or particular needs.
You’ll find a long showcase of the builds I’ve done over the years in my photo album on my page.
From now on I will no longer be offering rust repair work and I should also express that I do not do any type of body work either.

Please inquire for an evaluation of time for your build as every build can vary depending on size, thickness, complexity, and finish.

For scheduling, pricing, and/or quotes please only contact me via email or direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

Spots that are spoken for but not paid for are subject to change, to secure your spot in the schedule a non refundable deposit is required.
This deposit is not an additional charge but instead goes into the total cost for the build.

Thank you for your support and for your business!!!!

I truly find great joy and passion in my work and I am grateful for every opportunity.

Rust repWHERE

Passenger side and driver side rails replaced, cleaned up, painted, and treated to some brand new body mounts bushings.

I custom built each rail and body mount to be an exact replacement for the sections that were compromised.
Each replacement rail was completely welded on the outside as well as reinforced on the inside, with the outer welds cleaned up to leave a smooth finish.

The last pictures are what the state of the rails were upon drop off.

The hitch nuts under each rail were also replaced as the originals were thoroughly rusted, accompanied by some new bolts as well. Unfortunately my hyperfocus got the best of me and I didn’t get any pictures of them!!

As fun and satisfying as it was to do this replacement and this be the result I regrettably am announcing that from now on I will no longer be doing any rust or frame work as my schedule will be focused solely on overland / off road fabrication, with the exception of random builds.

This is the last of my rust work and I must say I am quite pleased with the result!!

My next build has been dropped off!

For this F250 I will be building a complete custom flatbed which will include skirting, flares, and a headache rack.
It will be done similar to the white flatbed I did a while back. Much like the previous flatbed this one will also be lined in white to match the cab.

I am thrilled to get started on this.
