(UPI) is an oil and gas industry general contractor serving clients across the country. We are headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota; with regional offices in Morris, Illinois; Mount Pleasant, Michigan; and Claysville, Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on our new and existing pipeline facility construction, pipeline maintenance, pipeline fabrication, horizontal directional drilling, access services, a

nd blasting, coating and painting services to the oil and gas pipeline industry. In our 25,000 square foot shop facility, we fabricate high yield carbon pipe for our self-performed projects as well as standalone fabrication projects. Since our founding, we've built an outstanding reputation for innovative, uncompromising fabrication work. We've continued our dedication to high quality performance in constructing oil and gas facilities, performing on-site installations of complex piping systems, and excelling in integrity maintenance projects. We have equipment and capabilities for swamp/marsh, and marine excavation, as well as hydro-excavation services. We have a custom built, one-of-a-kind truck mounted l**e oil flushing and filtering machine to perform l**e oil flushing services for multi-million-dollar gas compression turbine engines. We provide large bore horizontal directional drilling where traditional trenching and excavation methods are not possible. UPI also offers other special project services, including pipeline sleeving and recoating, and right-of-way maintenance and clearing. See our Services page for complete list and details.
