We’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of mechanical design/product development experience
• SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A creative, hands-on approach to engineering

Experience with agricultural equipment, HVAC/ventilation, sheet metal, plastics, FEA, GD&T, prototyping, or DFM is a bonus!

Meet Kyle Burns | Southeast Sales Manager 🌎

Kyle Burns serves as Double L’s Southeast Sales Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in the protein agriculture industry to his role. Based in Cullman, Alabama, Kyle has built a strong background in engineering, project management, and sales leadership — providing customers with a unique combination of technical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Before joining Double L, Kyle held key roles with industry leaders, including GSI, where he gained valuable experience in technical design, customer relationships, and equipment installation. His industry expertise allows him to partner effectively with distributors and integrators throughout the Southeast.

In his role, Kyle supports Double L’s ventilation solutions while helping customers identify opportunities with new product lines. His focus is on creating strong partnerships and providing solutions that make every customer interaction simple, efficient, and valuable.

Outside of work, Kyle is actively involved in his church and community. He and his wife, Jordan, lead a young adults growth group and stay busy with their three children — Skylar, Nora, and Olan. Kyle also enjoys coaching his daughter’s basketball team, along with hunting, fishing, camping, and cheering on Alabama football. Roll Tide! 🐘

Meet Joe Kraber | Midwest Sales Manager 🌽

Joe Kraber serves as Double L’s Midwest Sales Manager, bringing hands-on experience in livestock facility construction and a strong passion for agriculture to his role.

With a background in building and overseeing livestock facilities, Joe has a deep understanding of the challenges producers face and the importance of providing the right solutions. His industry experience allows him to support customers with new construction projects, remodels, and ventilation system upgrades.

In his role, Joe works closely with distributors, integrators, and producers throughout the Midwest, providing product guidance, project support, quotes, and application recommendations to help customers find solutions that fit their operations.

Based in Central Iowa, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors through hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors when he’s not helping customers succeed.
