Spring is here, and Stewart Property Services is once again offering our convenient You-Load-It Debris Removal Service

Need to clean up after a project, clear out unwanted items, or get rid of debris? We will deliver a dump trailer to your location, you load it at your convenience, and we will return to pick it up and haul everything away for proper disposal.

$250 per day includes:• Trailer drop-off• One full day of trailer use• Trailer pick-up

Debris disposal fees are additional. Charges apply for each extra day of trailer use.

This is a simple and efficient option for spring cleanups, yard debris, renovation waste, and general property clean-outs.

Last week we replaced five old casement windows with new Mathews Brothers double-hung windows — We use care in removing, organizing and reinstalling your existing siding.

Now that the gutters are finished and the chimney has been re-pointed by Bangor Chimney, we’re excited to share the reveal of this exterior remodel! The old cedar shakes were removed and replaced with vinyl siding, along with new fascia and a few other updates to complete the transformation.

I haven’t been this excited for a before and after in a long time. Stay tuned for this one!

No need to rebuild the whole deck—if the frame and rails are solid, we can swap out the surface boards with pressure-treated or composite and make it look brand new.
