Watching a custom home take shape is one of our favorite parts of our job.

These progress shots capture the framing phase on our custom home build – the full structural skeleton is up, rooflines are taking form, and you can already start to picture the finished home. It's a big milestone: everything that comes next (windows, systems, finishes) builds on the work happening right here.

Celebrating 15 Years of Trusted Guidance in Custom Home Building!

We’ve come a long way over the past 15 years since we first incorporated. In the early days, we focused on energy-efficient upgrades, small kitchen and bath remodels, and repair projects. Our first Custom Home project was in Serrano Country Club for a close friend, and many of our early clients came from selling out of a booth at local Home Shows.

Today, we’ve grown into a dedicated team, including family members, helping clients from South Lake Tahoe all the way to Davis.

Over the years, one thing has remained the same: a commitment to helping our clients avoid costly mistakes through a transparent and educational approach. Thank you for being a part of what we’re building.

We recently had a client meeting at Walk Your Plans Sacramento. This immersive experience allows clients to visualize and walk life-size floor plans before building. During your session, they can even place and move furniture around to really show you how your space will function. Walking your plans early can help spot layout issues or spacing problems before construction begins, avoiding costly change orders down the road!

After successfully passing our special inspections, we moved into the next major phase – pouring the concrete foundation! A strong foundation is one of the most important parts of any custom build, and it’s exciting to see this project continuing to take shape from the ground up.
