Roebbelen is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the long-awaited new Patterson High School Gym, marking the start of an exciting project that will serve students, staff, families, and the Patterson community for years to come.

This new facility will feature a regulation-size basketball and volleyball court, new locker rooms, restrooms, coaches’ offices, a state-of-the-art weight room, and a concession stand. These spaces are designed to support student-athletes, school programs, and community events.

We’re excited to partner with Patterson Joint Unified School District and our project team as we bring this highly anticipated gym to life.

A new campus is on the way for the Lodi Unified School District!

Roebbelen is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Gantner Elementary School, marking the beginning of an exciting project that will serve students, staff, and families for years to come.

The new elementary school campus will include new campus buildings, site paving, hardscape, landscape and irrigation, fencing, playgrounds, parking, and site lighting — all coming together to create an exceptional learning environment for the community.

We’re excited to partner with Lodi Unified School District and our project team as we bring this new campus to life.

Rising out of the ground at the new Almond Blossom Elementary School!

Last month, the team hit a major milestone, completing our first concrete pour just four weeks after getting started in the field. This kind of progress takes strong coordination, hard work, and a shared commitment to delivering for our partners and the community.

A big thank you to our dedicated Roebbelen team and our incredible trade partners who helped make this milestone possible: Teichert, Mark III Plumbing, Bockmon & Woody Electric, Roebbelen Concrete, CMC Rebar, Community Architecture, and Patterson Joint Unified School District.

The Roebbelen team recently completed a major slab on grade concrete pour at the Calaveras County Behavioral Health Building, marking an important milestone for the project.

This effort took an incredible amount of coordination, planning, and dedication from our internal concrete team. From 3:00 AM arrivals to 6:00 PM departures, managing an 8.25 sack concrete mix design, and working through challenging weather conditions, including rain, the crew stayed focused on quality, safety, and schedule.

Milestones like this don’t happen without strong teamwork and ex*****on. We’re proud of the effort put in by our self-perform concrete team and everyone involved in helping bring this pour across the finish line.

The Roebbelen team continues to make great progress at the Weber Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology for the Stockton Unified School District.

On site, the team is preparing for the next major milestone as we get ready to pour footings. Rebar is in place, anchor bolts are set, and utilities are stubbed out as work continues to move forward on the new gym area.

ASTA is wrapping up the storm drain and sanitary sewer work, while Bockmon & Woody is beginning its underground scope. Meanwhile, the Roebbelen team is set to start renovations on the existing building just north of the future gym site.

Roebbelen and our trade partners have shown exceptional coordination as multiple scopes continue to come together across the Weber Institute campus.

A clear view of the finished Tokay High School Pool!

Earlier this year, we celebrated the ribbon cutting of this exciting project with Lodi Unified School District. Now, with the tarp off, we’re excited to showcase the completed pool and the upgrades that helped bring new life to this facility.

The project included a full re-plaster of the existing pool, replacement of the deck and pool piping, a new in-deck Colorado Timing System and scoreboard, upgraded Musco lighting, a new surge tank, modernized mechanical equipment, and improvements to the existing pool mechanical room.

We’re proud to have partnered with Lodi Unified School District on a project that will support student-athletes, programs, and the community for years to come.

The Roebbelen team continues to make strong progress on site as preparation work has led into slab-on-grade concrete placement, which is happening this week.

Over the past several weeks, the team has completed key early-stage work including the building pad, under-slab electrical and plumbing rough-ins, footing concrete placement, crushed rock installation, Stego v***r barrier placement, slab reinforcing steel, and concrete formwork.

Each of these steps has played an important role in setting the project up for this major milestone. Thank you to the Roebbelen team for their hard work, coordination, and continued focus on quality and safety as the project keeps moving forward.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. Their stories live on. Their legacy continues.

We may not know them all, but we owe them all.
