Less than four months into construction, the project team is making strong progress across the site. Structural concrete is approximately 90% complete, with vertical construction underway at the Administration and Kindergarten buildings. Structural steel is also scheduled to begin arriving soon, marking another major step as the classroom building starts to go vertical.

Milestones like these are made possible through the coordination, craftsmanship, and commitment of the entire project team. A big thank you to our trade partners, Bockmon & Woody, M3, Teichert, CMC Rebar, Roebbelen Self Perform, Metal Works, Community Architecture, Point 2 Structural Engineers, BKF Engineers, RC Ready Mix, Red Built, United Inspections, Adobe Lumber & most importantly the Local Neighborhood for helping keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

We’re excited to continue watching Almond Blossom Elementary rise from the ground and look forward to sharing more progress as construction moves forward.

Take a fly-through tour of the new Calaveras County Behavioral Health Building and see the progress being made from within.

With rough carpentry framing nearing completion, our team's focus now shifts to getting the structure dried-in and weather-tight ahead of the winter season. The building is rapidly transforming from plans on paper into a facility that will serve the community for years to come.

The drone footage highlights the building layout, ongoing construction activities, and the tremendous effort being put forth by every member of the project team to keep the project moving forward safely and efficiently.

Projects like this are about more than construction. They are about creating spaces that support health, wellness, and access to essential services. We're honored to play a role in bringing this important community resource to life and look forward to sharing more progress as the project continues to take shape.

This exciting milestone represents a true team effort between Dublin Unified School District, Lionakis, our trade partners, the Roebbelen team, and everyone who helped bring this space to life.

The project revitalized approximately 5,300 square feet of Murray Elementary’s existing multi-purpose building, kitchen, and office space, transforming it into a welcoming new library and PE classroom that will serve as a focal point for the school community.

Improvements also included new hardscape to enhance access at multiple entry points, along with new landscaping that complements the refreshed space and helps create an inviting experience for students, staff, and families.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a connected and engaging environment where students can read, learn, move, and grow, all while preserving the history and character of this special building.

Congratulations to Dublin Unified School District, our trade partners, the entire project team, and the Dublin community on this incredible achievement!

Roebbelen Construction Management Services had the opportunity to partner with Hensel Phelps and the California Department of General Services (DGS) in delivering a state-of-the-art, 41,000-square-foot diagnostic laboratory through a collaborative Design-Build approach.

Designed to support a wide range of critical services including Mammalian and Avian Necropsy/Pathology, Bacteriology, Histology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Food Safety, and Serology Testing; the facility strengthens California’s ability to protect animal health, food safety, and public well-being.

We’re grateful to Hensel Phelps and DGS for the opportunity to be part of this important project and proud of the teamwork, coordination, and expertise that helped bring this highly specialized facility to life.

Another great example of what can be achieved when strong teams work together toward a shared purpose.

The Calaveras Behavioral Health project continues to make great progress. We are approximately 80% complete with roof framing, and the building is really starting to take shape.

As the structural work advances, our trade partners are following right behind us in a planned sequence, with framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing crews moving through the building as part of the interior buildout. The team has done a great job maintaining the flow of work and keeping momentum across the project.

We have a great team out here and appreciate the partnership with Diamond Electric, B&M Civil, RJR Plumbing, and U-NEAC. Their hard work, coordination, and commitment to the project continue to drive progress every day.

Let's keep building!

We’re excited to kick off a new Safety Q&A series featuring questions from the communities where we build.

Our first question comes from Gio, a Sacramento City Unified School District student, who asked how our teams stay safe while working in high temperatures.

In this episode, Sydney from our Crocker Riverside Elementary School project shares how the team keeps their people cool and protected during the summer months. From air-conditioned and shaded cooling areas, strategically placed water stations, pop-up tents, and the buddy system, every part of the jobsite is planned with safety in mind.

At Roebbelen, safety is more than a checklist—it’s a commitment to making sure every team member goes home safely at the end of the day.

The final beam is officially in place at the Weber Institute Gymnasium!

After steel er****on began on Monday, July 27, San Joaquin Steel reached an exciting milestone this week by setting the final beam for Building C.

We were proud to celebrate the moment on-site with Stockton Unified School District, HMC Architects, RW Consulting Engineers, San Joaquin Steel, and our dedicated trade partners.

Milestones like this are made possible through strong collaboration, careful planning, and the hard work of everyone involved. Congratulations to the entire project team—we look forward to carrying this momentum forward as Building C continues toward completion!
