Diversified Construction & Design is looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team!
We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in industrial painting, coatings, and abrasive blasting/sandblasting.

🔹 EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE:
• Industrial surface preparation and coating application
• Abrasive blasting/sandblasting
• Sweep blasting, commercial blast cleaning, near-white metal blast cleaning, and white metal blast cleaning
• Operating blast pots, hoses, nozzles, compressors, and related equipment
• Airless spray equipment
• Applying primers, paints, epoxies, and protective coatings
• Proper surface profile and cleanliness requirements
• Working safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts

🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous industrial painting/coating and blasting experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection
• Must follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment and project-specific requirements

This position plays a critical role in coordinating manpower assignments across multiple projects and ensuring our workforce is deployed efficiently and effectively.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process manpower requests from Project Managers
✅ Schedule and track approximately 300 employees across multiple projects
✅ Coordinate employee assignments based on availability, qualifications, and project needs
✅ Maintain workforce schedules and manpower tracking systems
✅ Monitor labor utilization and identify available personnel
✅ Track PTO, absences, and employee availability
✅ Communicate schedule updates to Project Managers, Foremen, and field personnel
✅ Prepare daily and weekly manpower reports
✅ Identify staffing conflicts, shortages, and overstaffing situations
✅ Assist leadership in reducing non-billable labor time

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with Trimble GPS experience to join our team! If you have experience with dozers, excavators, or graders and take pride in precise, high-quality work—we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Operate equipment using Trimble Earthworks or similar GPS systems for fine grading
• Read and interpret site plans to ensure accurate elevations and alignment
• Set up and calibrate GPS equipment and troubleshoot minor issues in the field
• Safely load, haul, and place materials to meet production goals
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction
• GPS machine control experience (Trimble preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• CDL preferred (not required)
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
