We are bidding to redo a job that a prior contractor failed at in many areas. Poor drywall and trim work, flooring buckling due to it being cut too tight around walls, shower door opening installed behind toilet, didnt cover their floor or belongings from dust. I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it myself. So many problems with this basement finish out. This is going to cost the home owner so much money to fix and get done right, not to mention they had to live with this for almost a year and a half and it has to reworked.

Yes, not every job runs as expected but contractors like this Is what gives “contractors” a bad name.
Always get more than one estimate, check reviews, and not saying this was the case here, but the cheaper guy may end up costing you more in the end, and always remember, it could always be alot worse.

If we get this job, i will definitely post finish pictures.
