The team truly does what it takes to make things happen for our customers! We had a customer that was heading into the weekend with little hot water to wash their milking systems. Our team knows that in the dairy world properly washed equipment is so important for our customers to sell their high quality milk! James(not in this photo, he went home to sleep) drove all the way to New Jersey to pick up the boiler. Justin, Zach, and Jameson installed it as soon as it was on site.

We had a customer that couldn’t cool their milk. Found out the gas had leaked out of the system. We pressure tested the tank and found the leak was up underneath the tank. First thing this morning we opened it up and did surgery on it! We welded it up and now it holds pressure again!

Next on the team member highlight, Brendan Deuso. Brendan joined the team 5 years ago through the local tech center work program when he was in high school! He has become another core person in the team as he’s done it all. Construction, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, maple sugaring, equipment operator and his most favorite welding!

Brendan went to school to hone in on his welding skills and you can tell he is getting himself to a new level! His stainless work is a work of art, he makes sure his sanitary weld joints are almost invisible when people look at his work hanging on the wall or ceiling.

Brendan is very eager to learn and because of that he’s going to be capable of doing anything he puts his mind to! I look forward to what we will continue to accomplish together as a team!

Started the day out with two cranes, which means double the fun! The crew had a new record today, 82 trusses set which equals 328ft linear feet or 22,300 square feet of building!!

Good evening everyone! We are proud to start a new video series this summer that will show case the great team we have. Many of these people have been with us for almost a decade and it’s exciting to reflect back on what we have accomplished together!!

The first person in the video series is Justin Snider. When Justin started with the company he was new to the industry. He came on because of a friend working at the company felt it was a good move for him to make! Fast forward 6 years and Justin has become a big part of our core team. He’s learned refrigeration, boiler systems, some electrical, and robotic milking systems. Justin’s favorite jobs that he has is when he gets to install boiler systems and you can tell. He takes pride in how it’s all laid out and when he runs his radiant systems it’s a symmetric puzzle!
One thing can be said, we have always been honest with each other, which has made some hard days together, but also exciting days. Fast forward 6 years I can say we are both proud to see what we have accomplished and are excited to see what the future has in store for us!!

On the left is the tried and true Afimilk Ltd guru Jeff Colburn! When Jeff joined the team more then 6 years ago his dream was to do a new greenfield install. We have been blessed to have now done 3 since then and also 5 upgrades from other style parlors, whether they were previously a herringbone or parallel.

It’s been a very long few nights, but so pleased to see our last new start up of the year milking!! The guys have been putting long hours in, even with it being deer season. Which as most of them are avid hunters, you may know that it’s a big deal to miss out on the big buck!

Thank you to all the different company teams for getting it done! Everyone has been doing a big push to take advantage of this beautiful weather and finish up the projects for the season!!
