It is with heavy hearts that we pass along the news of the loss of one of our own, Richard Danielson.

Richard dedicated 38 years to Beemer Companies, becoming a familiar face and an important part of the Beemer family. He was a trusted coworker, a mentor, and a friend to many.

As our septic installer, Richard spent 38 years in the field, helping countless customers along the way. He was always a friendly face—someone people could count on when they needed help, advice, or even just a simple laugh. His expertise went far beyond septic work, with years of experience in service work and a willingness to pass along any knowledge he had to those around him. After nearly four decades in the septic business, it’s safe to say Richard had seen a lot of s**t along the way. 🙂

Following a stroke, Richard sadly passed away. While our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the years, friendships, memories, and laughter he gave us.

For 38 years, Richard was a part of Beemer Companies and, more importantly, a part of the people who worked here. He made friendships, shared plenty of memories, and left his mark on the company in ways that won’t be forgotten.

Please join us in keeping Richard’s family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you, Richard, for your friendship, knowledge, hard work, and for being such an important part of the Beemer family. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

If you knew Richie, the Ford Econoline probably comes to mind. We have a feeling he rode that thing straight into heaven. ❤️

6 years for Gage Eggestein!

Not many dull moments when Gage is involved. Between the smack talking, the quick-witted responses, and showing up a little late every now and then, he knows how to keep things interesting.

He’s versatile, can usually figure out how to make himself useful, and even after six years, he’s still learning and figuring a few things out. Most importantly, he has a way of making even the longest days a little more fun.

And of course, Gage has spent six years proving he works hard… mostly because he really doesn’t want anyone calling him privileged. 😆

Happy 6 years, Gage! We’re glad to have you around!

Ladies, we may have found your guy!

Kadyn is willing to come in early, stay late to finish what was started, and help out another crew. He’s always willing to lend a hand - or two when he’s got them. 🙂

He works hard, runs his mouth, and isn’t afraid of a little mud. A true catch, if you ask us!

All jokes aside, we appreciate the reliability, willingness to learn, and personality you bring to the crew. Thanks for two years, Kadyn!

Our machine shop wiz who can fix just about anything and somehow make just about anything, too. If it’s broken, Ole can probably fix it. If it doesn’t exist, he can probably make it.

Reliable, hardworking, and always someone you can count on to figure out a way to put your project together. And one thing we’ve learned over the years - there’s no such thing as a “quick” run to Ole’s! Stop in for one thing, and somehow end up staying awhile for a whole other conversation. 😆

Thanks for 8 years of keeping things running, making things work, and always finding a way to make it happen. We appreciate you, Ole!

From logging miles in a side dump to running the vac truck, helping on service calls, and keeping things running in the shop, you’ve never been afraid to jump in and help out. It’s been great watching your confidence grow as you’ve taken on new responsibilities and become someone we can count on in a variety of roles.

Reynolds never backs down from the most unflattering jobs, is always willing to jump in where he’s needed, and somehow manages to make the dirty work a little more entertaining. When he puts his mind to something, there’s nothing he can’t accomplish.

Thanks for two years of being a rock-solid employee, plenty of laughs, endless quirkiness, and making sure the office knows exactly when you’re driving by. 😄

Our project manager, Maddox, took a little time away from daycare yesterday morning to stop by the job site and watch the roofing materials being craned up to the roof. We think it's safe to say the project got his approval!

One year for Jay Gilbertson!

Jay has become a co-worker the crews can rely on when an extra hand is needed or an unexpected task comes up. He’s willing to jump in, help wherever he can, and do what’s asked.

Over the past year, he’s continued to grow, take on new challenges, and become a helpful part of the team. One year down, and he’s still smiling - we’d call that a successful first year!

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and getting the job done. Thank you, Jay!
