Mann Plumbing and Heating is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Mechanical Foreman to join our team.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can run commercial HVAC projects, lead field crews, read plans, coordinate with supervisors and general contractors, and help keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
Our projects include offices, schools, apartments, medical buildings, and other commercial facilities throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Experience we’re looking for:
✅ Commercial HVAC installation experience
✅ Ability to lead and organize a crew
✅ Blueprint reading and field coordination skills
✅ RTUs, ductwork, equipment setting, exhaust systems, refrigeration piping, and hydronic piping experience
✅ Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ OSHA certification is a plus
