👷‍♀️ Considering the instrumental role that women play in , we would like you to meet Tri-North contracts administrator Katie Reuhl as we continue to celebrate !

📃 Katie regularly works with leaders, project managers, and subcontractors to help ensure compliance with project requirements and company policies. “In my role, I have taken on new challenges that involve much collaboration, strong communications, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset,” says Katie. “By showing up with consistent professionalism, strong resilience, and intentional focus, I have learned so much where I continue to level up and foster teamwork for successful outcomes.”

👷‍♀️ Women in construction represent only a little over 11 percent of the industry’s workforce. Nevertheless, they all are making a BIG impact. One of whom we would like you to meet is Tri-North’s very own design and marketing coordinator Lexie Ehmann.

📝 Lexie is involved with various Tri-North efforts from start to finish. “As I contribute to creative work for multiple departments and company initiatives, it is great to be an impactful part of Tri-North’s projects and community engagement,” says Lexie. “It allows me to collaborate with team members both on and off the construction site where we collectively work towards common goals and deliver quality craftsmanship.”

💡With Lexie and other women representing the , diverse teams are created that bring new perspectives and multiple solutions. In turn, everyone in construction can level up and build strong careers, communities, and futures.

👋 Meet Tri-North project engineer Marisol Lazcano! With a keen interest in from a young age, Marisol understands that building a meaningful career in this industry comes from taking on new challenges, fostering a strong support system, and being a life-long learner.

👷‍♀️ “I have learned that success in construction is not built alone. It comes from mentorship, collaboration, and resilience,” says Marisol. “By working hard, staying curious, and being persistent, I have been able to push beyond my comfort zone to build my career. The main thing is to not give up, surround yourself with people who know your potential, and keep moving forward.”

👷‍♀️ In celebrating , we are excited to introduce you to Tri-North carpenter apprentice Zoie Reed!

🛠️ Upon entering the , Zoie wanted to do work that keeps her active and teaches useful skills to tackle just about anything that is put in front of her. “Although I originally did not realize how impactful a career could be, I am so glad that I took a chance on it,” says Zoie. “My favorite thing about working in construction is being able to turn someone’s vision into reality with the skills that I am continually developing both on and off the construction site.”

🏗️ For anyone looking to join the construction industry, “Take the leap,” says Zoie. “It has allowed me to become the best version of myself in both my personal and professional lives, where I am continually learning and growing.”

🎉 Join us celebrating Tri-North senior project manager Erika Cleaver as the recipient of the Wisconsin Horizon Award for serving an outstanding individual who is positively impacting Wisconsin’s . Marcus Hotels & Resorts' Hilton Milwaukee was also honored for the significant work completed as part of its 248,000-square-foot renovation.
