🥃 Who is in the mood for a Wisconsin old fashioned?! If you raised your hand, count yourself lucky as we have the place for you.

🍽️ As part of the welcoming hospitality experiences offered by Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, they recently opened their doors to Daylene's Supper Club in the Wisconsin Dells. This one-of-a-kind dining destination is the perfect blend of cozy charm and fine dining.

👷‍♀️Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin's She Builds Construction Camp recently celebrated its fourth year, and what a success with serving multiple communities throughout the state!

🛠️With one of the camps in Madison, Wis., over dozens of middle-school-aged girls were in attendance. From learning how to use different tools to visiting an active site, students received first-hand experience working in architecture, construction, engineering, and more.

🦺 “Educational programs like She Builds are so vital to helping set the foundation for the next generation’s job opportunities,” says Tri-North senior project manager and She Builds steering committee member Erika Cleaver. “Not only does She Builds help young girls learn something new, but also the construction camp is a great way to spark their interests in a vital career path.”

🏗️ A meaningful new chapter is beginning on Madison’s South Side!

Tri-North was honored to celebrate the groundbreaking of MTZ Charitable Organization Inc.’s new Family Life Center. Totaling over 22,700 square feet, this exciting project will create new opportunities for education, wellness, family support, community enrichment, and more for generations to come.

We’re grateful for our partnership with the MTZ Charitable Organization, and excited to work alongside Foxhole Construction Co. to help bring this project to life. “Buildings have the ability to shape our communities,” says Tri-North senior project manager Dennis Limmex. “The new Family Life Center will allow the MTZ Charitable Organization to expand on its existing outreach while responding to the area’s evolving needs.”

The ceremonial dirt has been turned—now it’s time to build! 🔨

🏗️ Another exciting project is officially underway in Milwaukee!

Tri-North recently broke ground on the new AC Hotels by Marriott in Milwaukee’s Deer District, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off this project with NCG Hospitality.

The groundbreaking brought together project partners, local leaders, community members, and even Bango from the Milwaukee Bucks 🦌🏀 to celebrate what’s ahead.

Great people, great ideas, and a great addition coming to downtown Milwaukee. We’re excited to get to work and start building! 🔨

🤓 That’s a wrap! The Lussier Community Education Center’s school-supply drive has come to a close with outpouring support.

Over $3,000 were donated! With this significant contribution and donated supplies, Tri-North collected over:
✔️ 100 sets of markers
📂 200 folders
✏️ 300 pencils
🎒 50 backpacks

🙏 Thank you all who joined Tri-North in this worthy cause during back-to-school season. Special shoutouts are also in order for Tri-North’s very own Morgan Aune and Rachel Williams, who have been instrumental in coordinating efforts for the school-supply drive. Such support has a big impact on students in the Madison, Wis. community and is the catalyst for a successful school year ahead.

📸 New project photos are in! Tri-North recently completed The Village on Park central green space in Madison, Wis. Spanning over 40,000 square feet, this project was part of a phased development for the overall property. Key areas include a new parking lot for surrounding businesses and recreation spaces with landscaping.

👷‍♀️ Considering the ongoing activity taking place at the site, much attention was given to preparing the schedule and coordinating efforts. “Tri-North closely worked with the Community Development Authority and subcontractors to keep parking accessible and traffic uninterrupted,” says Tri-North senior project manager Erika Cleaver. “The result is a welcoming outdoor destination that accommodates The Village on Park’s growing popularity and creates space for social connections in the .”

🛍️ Donations can be dropped off at Tri-North’s headquarters (2625 Research Park Drive in Fitchburg, WI). School supplies like colored pencils and binders make a huge impact in setting up students for success. From sparking creativity to staying organized, equipping students with the proper tools is the catalyst for a great school year ahead.
