this remodel really said:
“yeah… let’s just casually put a luxury lakehouse inside a regular house.” 😮‍💨

because EXCUSE me???

the warm wood tones.
the black accents.
the giant island that could probably seat an entire volleyball team.
the fireplace wall just over there stealing attention like it pays the mortgage.

and don’t even get me started on the windows.
every room in this house is basically in a committed relationship with the lake view 🌊

also shoutout to whoever picked the finishes because the mix of creamy cabinets + rich wood grain??
that combo deserves financial compensation.

🏠 “this place has potential”
after:
🏡 “wait… this is the SAME house??”

addition/remodel projects are honestly one of our favorite things because you get to completely transform the way a home feels without leaving the place you already love.

this one came out CLEAN.
multi-level layout, black railing, warm composite decking, covered gazebo space for shade + late night hangs 👏

not to be dramatic but this is the kind of backyard that accidentally turns into “everyone come to our house” all summer long.

and instead the house starts showing off 😭🏡

the kitchen came in HOT with those blue cabinets + warm wood tones.
the fireplace is carrying the entire cozy atmosphere on its back.
and every room somehow feels updated without losing the original character of the home.

which honestly??
is the sweet spot.

some homes just feel good the second you walk in.
this was definitely one of them ✨

we tried to talk to her about “professionalism”
she took another bite and made eye contact.

at this point we’re just letting her do her thing.
morale is up. productivity… unclear.

POV: you pulled into the driveway and immediately sat there for a second like…
“wait… this is actually mine??” 😮‍💨🏡

because this one doesn’t need to do too much to get your attention.

it’s the contrast.
the crisp light siding + those warm wood tones??
yeah. that combo doesn’t miss.

and then you start noticing things without even trying:
the garage doors lining up like they rehearsed this
the black fixtures just casually tying everything together
the front entry tucked in like it knows it’s about to make an impression

nothing is loud.
nothing is overdone.

it just… works.

the kind of house that looks just as good on a gloomy day as it does in full sun
(which, honestly, is rare behavior)

and give it a finished yard??
yeah… it’s over for the rest of the neighborhood.
