Teacher Appreciation week will always hold a special place in our hearts. And these teachers pour their hearts into the classroom day in and day out. It’s our pleasure to be able to share something sweet with them to remind them just how much they mean to us and our community. We’re honored to be able to take part in such an amazing campaign for the second year in a row. Before, During, and After. This customer contacted us to replace the roof on their home after they noticed a couple of water spots in the ceiling. Our team of experts came in and took care of way more than just a leak. After removing the old shingles we discovered two layers of underlayment, meaning the last roofers did not remove the underlayment and instead just layered new on top of old. This inevitably traps moisture between the layers and causes water damage, poor ventilation, and possibly even mold.
We stripped all of the old decking off, not only was its integrity compromised by the extensive water damage, but it was also only 7/17” osb and with trusses 2’ on center it was very wavy and overall not a good substrate for a brand new roof to be installed on. After removing all of the old osb, our crew installed all new 5/8” osb with H-clips to ensure this roof will last and withstand our Wisconsin weather for years to come. We finished it off by installing all new ice and water, synthetic underlayment, and Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood. We also redid the exhaust and intake vents for the furnace as well as installed all new slant back roof vents and pipe boots in brown to match perfectly.

This customer contacted us to redo their soffit and fascia will all new LP Dimond Kote as well as replace their old gutters. Our team of experts came in and got all of the old material removed and got the house prepped for the new soffit and fascia. They wanted to keep the classic charm of the slanted soffit they currently had but update it to a new and fresh look. So that’s exactly what we did. After doing all the necessary framing and making everything as straight as an arrow, we installed all of the new LP Dimond Kote soffit and fascia and man did it turn out great. Our team wrapped this one up by installing all new aluminum seamless gutters and 3x4” downspouts in Sage to match the Glacier Fog Dimond Kote soffit and fascia.
