So grateful to have had the chance to meet and talk with the Northern Colorado Manufacturing Partnership group and field so many insightful and curious questions.

This was a group who wanted to dig in and understand how things work - both in our factory and the apparel decoration industry - and we always appreciate that kind of curiosity! FiberLok's team is headed to the NAUMD 2025 Convention in New Orleans next week. We are excited to see our workwear customers and share our USA-made, dimensional & reflective logos / emblems.

And we don't want to brag but we're excited that one of our products has received some nice recognition (we can't talk about that just yet, but it's coming!).

For several years, FiberLok has been actively engaging with local community resources in Colorado to implement best practices in hiring and workforce development.

That kind of legwork and exposure pays off for small business. The support we've had from the Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development (we made it into the Annual Report below!) and the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce (part of their 2024 Year in Review too!) has been transformative.

With their help, we have created opportunities for students entering the workforce while gaining access to new recruiting channels. Couldn't be happier with the results and grateful beyond words for the relationships we've developed with such quality people!

Let's talk about something uncomfortable. For men's athletic performance wear, left chest decorations often cross over the (ahem) ni**le area.

Embroidery is a stitched decoration and especially for lighter fabrics, it may require a backing and density of stitching that can be uncomfortable - especially in this spot.

Heat transfers like LexTra® address this issue. Because the adhesive bonds with the front of the jersey, there is no backing to rub against the skin. Are you considering your end-user's whole experience when you make your apparel decoration choices?

Plaid. Cozy and classic, plaid is synonymous with pleated skirts, bagpipes and school days, but it can be a challenge to recreate as a decoration unless you're sewing it on as a woven fabric.

But there's an alternative, available as a heat transfer, that makes this fun pattern accessible. FiberLok's unique multi-color fiber printing process can create such amazing recreations of plaid designs that you'll start thinking of all the places you could put it now that you know how easy it can be.

FiberLok has been a trusted fixture on many student uniforms for over 20 years, providing high-quality logos and monograms for nearly 1,000 school organizations across the country.

Late last month, the US market was shaken by the unexpected
bankruptcy of Dennis Uniform, a key player in the school uniform industry, after they launched a consolidated production facility in Ft. Worth, Texas. In the aftermath, we have become aware that some schools received uniforms in the past year where logos did not stand up to the kind of rigorous use parents expect. Rest assured, when properly applied, FiberLok's flock logos withstand upwards of 100 washes, frequently outlasting the garment.

We are honored to have been chosen for this award and excited to be able to place interns in our permanent workforce through this kind of work.

Colorado’s Statewide workforce system strengthens outcomes for Communities Across Colorado including those with disabilities, veterans, youth, and others.
