Being a traveling superintendent isn't a 9-to-5.
It's weeks away from home, living out of a hotel, and still being expected to run a tight jobsite each morning. Most companies treat that as just part of the job.
NNI doesn't see it that way. The lifestyle is challenging, and so is the expectation that traveling supers should feel supported and connected no matter where the work takes them. The work already takes you away from your family. You shouldn't also feel cut off from your team.
NNI is actively looking for experienced traveling superintendents to join a growing national GC. If that's you, or if you know someone who fits, check out the open role at nniconstruction.com/careers.
