Those giant yellow chambers going in at the new RaceTrac project in North Fort Myers are a huge part of the underground drainage system that’ll help manage storm runoff and keep this site functioning the way it’s supposed to.

A lot of engineering and hard work behind something most people will never think twice about once the concrete and asphalt go down. Proud of the crew out here getting it done.

The pipe work going in at this new RaceTrac project in North Fort Myers may end up buried beneath concrete and asphalt, but it’s the kind of groundwork that keeps a growing area functioning the way it should.

Welcome back to Lightard Knott.

The transformation out here keeps getting bigger by the day. What started as raw ground is turning into a fully moving jobsite with crews pushing dirt, building elevations, shaping ponds, and now gearing up to lay pipe and get underground work underway.

Started with the crew tying steel and setting rebar, then rolled straight into the concrete pour as the site came to life. From prep work to pumps running, this is the part that takes coordination, timing, and a crew willing to put in the work from start to finish.
