Members of BCV, the Admin team from Blackford County Schools, and Meyer Najem toured CoreSlab’s precast plant this morning to see some of the precast panels as they were being made. Precasters were laying in the formliners for the patterned and brick panels, and we were able to see some completed panels in the yard. In just a few weeks, these panels will start going up, and the Blackford Jr/Sr. The HS Performing Arts Center will come to life very quickly!

Please join us in welcoming Itzel Muñoz to the BCV team! 👋

Itzel brings six years of experience and a Master’s in Architecture from Ball State University. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in Hammond, she was looking for a close-knit, collaborative environment where she could build lasting relationships and grow alongside her colleagues.

Outside the office, Itzel is a creative at heart who enjoys photography, watercolor painting, and sketching.

🏈 The new football stadium at Fort Wayne Community Schools' Snider High School has hit several key milestones. The full vision for this athletic facility is quickly becoming a reality!

Turf Field: Construction is finished and the field is ready.

Masonry: All brickwork for the concessions, ticket booth, and locker rooms is complete.

Bleachers: Installation is currently underway.

Press Box: The structure has been set, rounding out the stadium's silhouette.

We’re getting closer to game day. Stay tuned for more updates as we wrap up this incredible project for our student-athletes and fans.

It was great to see Bremen Public Schools' students getting a firsthand look at the trade and craft going into Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation’s new Admin & Childcare building. We’re proud to design for both of these communities and even prouder to see the next generation inspired by the site!

We’ve reached several major milestones at Baugo Community Schools! Check out the latest upgrades now in use across the district:

🎺 New HS Band Room: A dedicated home for the music program. Athletic Upgrades: Renovated weight room and locker rooms with sit-in lockers. JH Refresh: A brand-new cafeteria (transformed from the old shop!) and auditorium updates. Enhanced Safety: Secure entrances and renovated offices are live at the Elementary and Junior High.

Huge congratulations are in order for our very own Lucas Rodrigues Braga! 👏
Lucas joined us as a Mechanical Designer back in June 2019, and today we gathered to celebrate a major milestone in his career: he is officially a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)!
Watching Lucas grow over the last seven years has been a privilege. His dedication to the craft and his commitment to excellence have always been evident, and we couldn't be prouder to have him on the team.

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our electrical design team, Fairuz Haq! ⚡
Fairuz joins us with a deep background in Electrical Engineering, having studied at the Military Institute of Science and Technology in Dhaka before earning a graduate degree right here in our backyard at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
With a focus on power systems and a passion for creative problem-solving, Fairuz is a fantastic addition to our engineering department. When not at the drafting table, Fairuz enjoys creative and relaxing hobbies that keep that innovative spirit fueled.

David joins our Construction Administration team, where he’ll ensure our clients’ projects are built exactly to our designers’ intent. A Fort Wayne native and Northrop HS grad, he brings 5+ years of construction experience to BCV.
David was drawn to BCV by our shared values and the opportunity for growth. Outside of work, he’s a sports fan who loves spending time with family and friends.
