Delta High School's natatorium is undergoing energy-saving and visual updates!
A new dehumidification system that reclaims and repurposes moisture to improve efficiency and reduce costs is replacing the outdated, inefficient system. If you visited the site today, you'll see a temporary raised platform spanning the entire pool area, making the ceiling and lighting improvements possible. The roof is also being replaced, along with new paint throughout the whole facility. Once finished, these upgrades combined will enhance visibility and comfort for both swimmers and spectators!

Fort Wayne Community Schools recently consolidated their transportation program from two sites to one. Now it's getting a massive upgrade.
The current facility has been undersized for the 200+ bus drivers and 25+ office staff who safely transport 12,000 students daily. We’re changing that.
This project more than doubles the existing office space and introduces extensive renovations across the structure. From enhanced driver facilities to a new multi-purpose training room, we are proud to deliver a modern facility built to support this essential district team.

Jay Schools' Jay County Jr-Sr High School is seeing some updates this summer, both inside and out.
Inside the school, the wrestling room is being expanded, the kitchen is being renovated, the band and choir rooms are being modernized, and infrastructure improvements, including electrical gear and building control replacements, are also underway. The stadium's home grandstand is being refreshed with resealing, masonry repairs, and repainting. Sidewalks and water mains around the building are also being replaced.

Members of BCV, the Admin team from Blackford County Schools, and Meyer Najem toured CoreSlab’s precast plant this morning to see some of the precast panels as they were being made. Precasters were laying in the formliners for the patterned and brick panels, and we were able to see some completed panels in the yard. In just a few weeks, these panels will start going up, and the Blackford Jr/Sr. The HS Performing Arts Center will come to life very quickly!

Itzel brings six years of experience and a Master’s in Architecture from Ball State University. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in Hammond, she was looking for a close-knit, collaborative environment where she could build lasting relationships and grow alongside her colleagues.

Outside the office, Itzel is a creative at heart who enjoys photography, watercolor painting, and sketching.

🏈 The new football stadium at Fort Wayne Community Schools' Snider High School has hit several key milestones. The full vision for this athletic facility is quickly becoming a reality!

Turf Field: Construction is finished and the field is ready.

Masonry: All brickwork for the concessions, ticket booth, and locker rooms is complete.

Bleachers: Installation is currently underway.

Press Box: The structure has been set, rounding out the stadium's silhouette.

We’re getting closer to game day. Stay tuned for more updates as we wrap up this incredible project for our student-athletes and fans.
