Last week, our team and trade partners were busy in Bourne as trade partners were on site finishing up the foundation for the new expansion for Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists.

Now, everything is prepped and ready for steel framing to begin this week!

NEW PROJECT AWARD

BLOCK has been selected as the Construction Manager for a phased reconfiguration project for confidential life sciences client. The project consists of renovations of the existing office and meeting spaces within an active GMP manufacturing campus to support an additional headcount. We are excited to start this project in the coming weeks.

A significant measure of progress has been made in-and-outside the Athletic Center of The Club at New Seabury.

Once complete, these renovations will provide for group exercise space, an outdoor exercise classroom, renovated fitness rooms, a new café, a state-of-the-art gym and modern lounge area.

After months of hard work, it was an honor for the BLOCK team to witness the grand opening of the brand new Donna Milani Luther Middle School.

This addition to the Inly School provides a modern, functional space to advance the mission of inspiring an inclusive community of learners to explore and shape themselves and the world with joyful curiosity, courage and compassion.
