Due to the continuing winter storm and the difficulty of travel, Franklin City Hall and the FICDA Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 26. We appreciate your patience as City staff continue with snow removal. Offices at both locations will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27.
