Broad enough to discover. Sensitive enough to trust.

The NULISAseq™ Immune 340 Panel combines ~340 immune-related proteins with attomolar sensitivity to provide a more complete view of immune biology. Designed to capture a broader view of the immune proteome in one assay, it enables researchers to detect low-abundance biomarkers across key immune pathways from a single plasma or serum sample with a fully automated workflow.

Download the data sheet to explore the panel content, assay performance, and technical specifications that power deeper immune profiling.

🚀 Introducing the NULISAseq™ Immune 340 Panel

Advance immune biomarker discovery with our most comprehensive immune profiling solution to date. Combining ~340 immune proteins with attomolar sensitivity, the Immune 340 Panel delivers a broad view of the immune proteome from a single plasma or serum sample.

Designed to support translational and clinical research, the panel enables simultaneous measurement of immune checkpoints, cytokines, chemokine networks, complement biology, cytotoxic effectors, and cell-death pathways, providing a more complete picture of immune biology without the need to run multiple targeted panels.

Why it matters:
✅ Comprehensive immune profiling across key immune pathways
✅ Attomolar sensitivity for low-abundance biomarker detection
✅ Broad dynamic range to quantify both high- and low-abundance proteins in a single assay
✅ Fully automated workflow on the ARGO™ HT platform for reproducible, scalable analysis
✅ Robust detectability and compatibility for at-home sampling and longitudinal studies

As researchers seek more complete insights from every sample, the Immune 340 Panel provides the depth and performance needed to uncover meaningful immune biology with greater confidence.

"The old idea that we could measure one "magic marker" and have it tell us everything has already become impractical. Even measuring one or two markers isn't going to be enough for every clinical question."— Steve Williams, PhD

At , NeurologyLive spoke with our Chief Scientific Officer, Stephen Williams, PhD, about the evolving role of blood-based biomarkers in Alzheimer's disease. From the promise of eMTBR-tau and multiplex biomarker testing to the potential for AI-driven models to simplify complex biological data, the interview explores what's driving the next wave of innovation in Alzheimer's biomarker research.

As blood-based biomarkers continue to reshape the landscape of Alzheimer disease (AD) diagnosis and research, advances in highly sensitive detection technologies are enabling researchers to investigate a broader range of disease-related pathologies. Among these emerging markers is extracellular mid-...

"P-tau217 is an excellent indicator of amyloid pathology, but amyloid is only one of the two hallmarks that define Alzheimer's disease."

As the field continues to advance blood-based approaches for Alzheimer's disease research, researchers are increasingly looking beyond amyloid alone to better understand the full spectrum of disease pathology.

In a recent Healio feature, Alamar CSO Steve Williams discusses emerging data on blood-based eMTBR-Tau and the growing importance of measuring both hallmark pathologies of Alzheimer's disease.

Read the full feature:

A commercial assay that measures eMTBR-tau may be an alternative to tau PET imaging in diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease, according to data presented at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference. Definitive diagnoses require evidence of amyloid plaques and tau neurofibrillary tangles, Al...

As AAIC 2026 comes to a close, we're reflecting on a remarkable week of science, collaboration, and discovery. From our product theater featuring Dr. Thomas Karikari and Dr. Steve Williams highlighting the power of multiplex protein profiling, to more than 140 scientific presentations featuring NULISA data, to insightful conversations at our booth and meaningful discussions with researchers and collaborators aboard the historic Cutty Sark, this week showcased the collective momentum driving Alzheimer's and dementia research forward.

Thank you to everyone who shared their work, perspectives, and ideas with us. We leave London inspired by the progress being made across the field and energized by the partnerships and conversations that will help shape what comes next.

The last 24 hours have highlighted two of the things that make AAIC so valuable: great science and great connections.

Last night, we had the privilege of hosting researchers, collaborators, and friends during our In Navis Veritas event aboard the historic and innovative Cutty Sark for an evening of conversation and networking. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with members of the Alzheimer's research community from around the world and get some insights from them on their experiences during AAIC and the latest technologies moving the field forward.

Today, the focus shifted back to the science with our product theater, "Beyond pTau217: Expanding Alzheimer's Insights with Multiplex Protein Profiling," featuring Dr. Tommy Karikari and Dr. Steve Williams. The discussion explored how multiplex proteomics, including the lastest NULISA eMTBR-Tau assay, can provide a broader view of neurodegenerative disease biology by measuring multiple pathways simultaneously, helping researchers move beyond individual biomarkers.

From the conversations on the Cutty Sark to the questions and discussions following today's product theater, one theme keeps emerging: researchers are looking for more comprehensive tools to better understand the complexity of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Thank you to everyone who joined us over the last day. We're looking forward to finishing AAIC strong tomorrow. Make sure you stop by our booth 530 to learn more!

What’s driving conversations at ?

In this conference highlight, Alamar CSO Steve Williams shares three key observations from the meeting:

🔬 The growing momentum behind new Alzheimer's therapies and the need for tools to evaluate their impact.
🧠 Recognition that no single biomarker can tell the whole story, driving a shift toward multiplex approaches that capture disease complexity and heterogeneity.
🩸 Increasing demand for scalable, blood-based biomarkers to support patient selection, disease staging, and treatment monitoring in clinical trials.

Watch the video to hear Steve's perspective on how precision proteomics and multiplex biomarker profiling are helping shape the future of Alzheimer's research and clinical development. Come visit Alamar at Booth 530 to continue the conversations.
