This client had a lot of things going wrong in one small area... carpeted stairs with years worth of cat urine and a tile landing that wasn't bonded properly, among other things... it took some cleaning and prep but it has a new lease on life at this point!

Having a go at this house recently... the owners were met with tons of exterior issues ranging from poor flashing details and non-existent weather barriers, to badly rotted portions scattered around the old facade. It's safe to say they won't have to worry about it for another couple generations...

Custom garage conversion and living room remodel, with a gorgeous natural stone fireplace and reclaimed beams in the ceiling.

Pretty wild mudroom floor we laid recently in a Roman "Opus" pattern.. this is a gauged natural slate tile that admittedly took an inordinate amount of effort to set given that the material thickness often varied from 1/4" to 3/4", even in the same piece.. But, on the other hand, it's a pretty sweet result.

Slow-mo makes everything look cooler... especially with a veritable dirt chainsaw.
Getting some trenching done on this carport build for underground electric. Can't wait to show more of this as it goes up!

This was one of the most enjoyable projects we had the opportunity to handle for a great client.. swipe to see the before/in progress. this place was formerly an unfinished garage of sorts, with no vaulted ceiling. Garage doors were replaced with large triple windows, we added a natural stone fireplace, and vaulted the ceiling, among other things.
