Nearly 20 years ago, George joined the Pangere team. Today, we wish him well as he begins his retirement.

When someone spends nearly two decades with a company, they become much more than an employee. George has been a friend, a familiar face, and an important part of the Pangere family. We’re incredibly grateful for the years of hard work, loyalty, and dedication he has given us.

George, thank you for everything you’ve given Pangere over the years. You’ll be missed around here, and we wish you nothing but the best in retirement. You’ve earned it. Congratulations!

From concept and design through bidding and construction, The Pangere Corporation was proud to serve as Construction Manager for East Chicago Schools on the completion of four new school playgrounds.

Working on a rapid timeline, our team and Trade Partners rose to the challenge—successfully delivering all four playgrounds in less than three months and under budget.

A big thank you to East Chicago Schools and all of our Trade Partners who helped make it happen. This was a true team effort, and we’re proud to have played a part in creating these new spaces for East Chicago students and the community!

Every project has a story, and this one goes back more than 30 years.

In 1994, Pangere completed this Design-Build project for Kocsis in Alsip, Illinois. From the first sketches to the final walkthrough, our team delivered a three-story corporate office, a custom 190' × 240' manufacturing facility, and installed six 50-ton overhead cranes to support the client's operations.

These photos capture more than a completed building—they represent the craftsmanship, teamwork, and commitment to quality that have defined Pangere for generations.

We may build with newer technology today, but our commitment to delivering dependable results has never changed.

For over a century, Pangere has been building projects that stand the test of time.

As a result of the funds raised for The Seeing Eye, Inc. through last year's Pangere Corporation "Golf Fore Hope" fundraiser, we had the opportunity to name a puppy.

We chose the name “Hope” in memory of Steve Pangere’s first Seeing Eye guide dog.

Melissa Casafranca from The Seeing Eye recently shared an update on Hope’s progress:

Seeing Eye puppy Hope recently received her vest! This significant milestone in Hope’s journey means that she has demonstrated her understanding of the skills her volunteer puppy raising family has taught her.

Her raisers say Hope frequently enjoys going on outings with her puppy club, including trips to the mall and local parks. We cannot wait to see what Hope achieves next on her journey toward becoming a Seeing Eye dog!

We're proud to announce the completion of the new Dyer Central Park Amphitheater.

Serving as General Contractor, Pangere delivered this 6,482-square-foot venue featuring a bandshell, performance stage, concessions, public restrooms, and a sound/video control room designed to support concerts, festivals, and community events.

The amphitheater is now open and operational for the 35th Annual Dyer Summer Fest, taking place this weekend. We’re pleased to support this year's event as a sponsor.

We're proud to serve as General Contractor for the expansion of the Powers Health St. Mary Medical Center Outpatient Center in Valparaiso.

Work is underway on this 71,000 square-foot, two-story addition that will expand access to outpatient therapy, orthopedic, audiology, primary care and specialty physician offices. The project also includes renovations within the existing facility to support expanded cardiology and neurodiagnostic services.

We appreciate the opportunity to help deliver this important healthcare facility expansion for the community and look forward to sharing progress as construction advances.
