Georgetown, Cedar Park, and newer-build communities like Cat Hollow and Weir have some of the strictest HOA rules in Central Texas, and most renovation delays we see aren't about construction, they're about paperwork nobody checked first.

Our clay soil expands when it's wet and shrinks when it's dry, sometimes by inches, in the same year. That movement is why foundations crack, doors stop closing right, and additions settle unevenly if they're not planned for it.

Before we touch a single wall, we look at drainage, grading, and how your existing foundation has already moved. It's the part of the job nobody sees in the after photos, but it's the difference between a remodel that lasts and one that needs fixing in 3 years.
